All of the Schools which are aware of physical exercises and the advantages of sports such as ; practical mental progressing , taking true decisions , comprehension progressing trying to make their students effectively ready for life by carrying out not only those education programme but also by enlightening to its students new talents and knowledge.

Our school which has set off by those bases has become the leader both in the world and Kenya by bringing up healthy, cultured generations, in addition to this it has developed its achievements in sports. Light Academy which has gained success in branches; "Basketball, Football, Athletics, Judo" has made the formulate SUCCESS = LIGHT stronger by demonstrating its Excellency.

Compared to other sport branches football and basketball are the most widely known, supported and practiced ones. Just for this reason our school provides for the students social sport clubs and special teams. Students have the chance of practicing their sportive skills in a smaller than standard size football field and two outdoor basketball courts at school.

The facilities offered in Light Academy to individuals by the modern technologies and the information age limit their physical activities to a certain extent. That is why the importance of sports that is the scientific control of physical activity which is so necessary for the individual’s mental and physical health is gaining importance with every passing day.

The Light Academy sports facilities with their modern and healthy environment offer sports programs for every age group.

 Students can participate in the activities through personalized programs at the Light Academy Facilities either in groups or individually under the full-day supervision and attendance of expert personnel. Students forming teams are using our sports facilities to play games such as basketball, volleyball and handball. The facilities also serve the staff with its shower and changing rooms.

Sports and exercise are an integral part of the school day.

The recreation facility guidelines cover the subsequent facilities and elements:

• Single turf field

• Two outdoor regulation basketball courts

• Professional equipment and courts suitable for volleyball, basketball, handball and other sports branches.

Aside from all these facilities, there are 2 changing quarters and showers which are offered for team members’ use in a fenced off sport center at The Light Academy.

Football which reflects the team soul and puts forward the competition is one of the most preferred activities of Light. Light Academy students, learning and playing football in definite periods in company with the professional trainers, are the joy of the football fields that host the exciting and assertive tournaments.
